LinkSpaghetti is a portfolio builder platform that allows users to create and host personal portfolio websites. The Service is provided by Bit Mentors Inc., a company registered in Ontario, Canada.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to your portfolio. By posting content, you grant us a license to:

• Store and display your content as part of the Service
• Make your published portfolio publicly accessible at your unique URL

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure you have the right to share it.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Spam, phish, or distribute malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission

6. Username Policy

Usernames are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate our terms, infringe on trademarks, or remain inactive for extended periods. You are allowed one portfolio per user account.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bit Mentors Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
